Summer Camp 2010
The Presidio YMCA and SF Urban Riders are excited to bring this healthy new youth program on line for the Summer of 2010.
Mountain Biking has become the gateway recreation for today’s youth to get back outside and interact with nature. San Francisco is a dense urban city with the resources to offer its youth this wonderful contemporary experience!
Come on out and spend a week riding trails, improving skills and bonding with nature in some of the best places San Francisco has to offer.
The Summer Mountain Bike program is designed to be fun for all participants, and provide an opportunity for all riders to advance their off-road bicycling skills. The week long course will teach proper safety rules, build bike handling confidence, and improve endurance. The course schedule will also take time to enjoy the scenery, watch the wildlife, and notice the flowers. A well rounded program that will entertain and educate youth of all ages and abilities.
